Leather goods supplier

I bought a beautiful leather backpack a couple of years ago from here, I was really happy with it until it broke on the straps due to poor stitching. I was unable to use it so I returned it to the owner to see if she would be able to assist with repairs. She said she would get it fixed at her expense which I was happy about but I found her a bit abrupt.After 6 months of emails back and forth asking for updates, still not fixed as she wanted to send it to Bali (where it was cheap for her) and couldn't go because of COVID, she just held onto it and did nothing. Had she called me and asked if I was happy to pay to have it done locally, I would have agreed ... her level of customer service is ZERO. She was blatantly rude in her email exchanges and in the end I just asked for the broken bag back. I took it to THE SOLE KING inside the Stammers supermarket in Bicton area - he was AMAZING, he fixed it in under 10 minutes and charged me $15.... I feel compelled to share the experience because I am so saddened by the total lack of kindness, communication and customer service for this Perth based business which I would have been otherwise happy to support....

This store makes online shoe shopping an absolute delight. The range and quality they offer is spectacular. It is incredible that I work in the CBD of Sydney and cannot find shoes that are the equal of the ones available at ShoeBeDoo at a price I can afford. Their deliveries are not only prompt, they come with a handwritten note that makes the whole process warm and personal. To top it all off the size guide in the beautifully written descriptions brings confidence to the online shopper. This has become my 'go to' shoe shop.

Just drove 20 mins especially to grab something I needed for a leather repair, only to find the place completely deserted and a very faded phone number in the window advising there are no regular shop hours… suggesting I should call and wait around for someone to show up.Probably worth updating your opening hours online! Not happy.

I was looking for a piece of leather to make my own sharpening strop. They had the perfect piece I needed for $5. No complaints there. I recommend you call them first as they don't seem to be there very often.

My wife bought a leather bag there, which coloured on her clothes. We had a big discussion with them to get our money back, and they accused my wife she did something wrong with the bag. Very bad customer service!!

Poor customer service. Shabby cheap products sold with a huge price tag. Give it a miss.
